Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product for any reason, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to return it and request a refund. Please follow the guidelines below for a smooth return process:
Request a Return Authorization (RMA)
Contact us at support within 90 days of purchase to request an RMA.
Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number.
Return the Product
Include the RMA number with your returned product.
Email us back with the RMA number and tracking number once the item is shipped.
Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.
The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the RMA to be eligible for a refund.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged).
All original accessories must be included.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
Items returned more than 90 days after purchase
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank and credit card company, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at support.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email support for further instructions. Please note that exchanges must be requested within 90 days of delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
